Bugs and Buttons

Major changes:

- Fixed a bug that crashed the game when exiting the game (esc) or losing all lives.

- Added a new puzzle and area!

Adding buttons turned out to be a bit above my pay grade... sometimes they work, other times not...

The map is coming along nicely, and I cannot wait to see how it turns out :)
